What’s the role about?
This is a customer-focused, tech-enabled support role that sits at the crossroads of eCommerce, packaging, onboarding, and systems support.
It’s part onboarding, part help desk, part customer education — and a whole lot of ownership.
You’ll be helping clients transition to and work within the NetSuite platform, making sure they feel confident and supported every step of the way.
You’ll also be involved in maintaining and cleaning up the eComm platform, working closely with the internal sales and support teams, and building long-term supplier relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboard and support customers transitioning to the company’s NetSuite eComm platform
- Troubleshoot, educate, and support customers on platform functionality
- Maintain, clean up, and improve the eComm experience internally
- Liaise with packaging and freight suppliers as the business scales
- Support the internal team with platform knowledge and best practices
- Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Come from the packaging industry — this is a must
- Have experience working with eCommerce platforms (NetSuite a bonus)
- Are tech-savvy and love making systems easier for others
- Enjoy supporting customers and helping them feel confident with new tools
- Are reliable, friendly, and great at building rapport
- Like having variety in your work and solving problems on the fly
Must-Haves:
- Experience in the packaging industry (non-negotiable)
- Strong customer service and/or onboarding background
- Good working knowledge of eCommerce systems
- Comfortable using and learning new platforms (NetSuite a big plus)
- Great communication, initiative, and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous NetSuite experience
- Background in freight, logistics, or transport tech
- Exposure to B2B or wholesale customer environments
