We specialise in decks, stairs, fencing, general carpentry, handyman maintenance and insurance building repairs. With a strong pipeline of projects and a great team of trades, we're looking for the right person to take the lead in coordinating our day-to-day site operations.

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator / Scheduling & Quoting Manager to oversee a team of 5 (and growing) skilled tradespeople. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily work schedules, quoting jobs, ordering materials, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on the move.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage daily workloads for tradie team members

Prepare quotes for residential projects including home maintenance, decks, fences, stairs and insurance repairs

Conduct on-site assessments and liaise with clients and insurers as needed

Procure materials, liaise with suppliers and manage delivery logistics

Ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard

Support quality control, safety, and reporting requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in a supervisory, scheduling or estimating role in the construction or insurance repair industry

Solid understanding of residential building including timber decks, stairs, and fences

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously and lead a team effectively

Confidence using digital job management or scheduling tools

Driver’s licence (vehicle allowance or company ute provided)
