Clerk / Office Manager – Self Storage Facility
We are seeking a reliable and organised Clerk / Office Manager to join our self storage business. This is a part-time position (3 to 4 days per week, including Saturdays).
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily front office operations
* Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
* Use Storman software to manage reservations, process payments, issue invoices, and set up customer accounts
* Monitor and control access to the facility
* Open and close the facility as scheduled
* Clean and prepare storage units when vacated
* Handle cash and electronic payments
Requirements:
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using computer software (training on Storman will be provided)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
