Are you an organised, motivated individual with a passion for customer service and efficient business operations? Tyrepower Maclean is looking for a confident Office Manager to take the lead in running our busy workshop office!

Key Responsibilities:

Booking in jobs and quoting for a range of tyre and mechanical services

Managing day-to-day office duties to ensure the smooth running of the workshop

Invoicing, banking, and general financial administration

Handling customer enquiries both in-person and over the phone

Coordinating workflow between the office and workshop team

Managing stock levels, tyre sales, and supplier orders

Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional office environment

About You:
You’re a people person with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience in an office management or administrative role (automotive or trade industry experience is a bonus)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Great communication and customer service skills

Confidence in using computers and basic software (experience with invoicing systems is an advantage)

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
