Endeavour Air Conditioning, is a St George based company, looking for an enthusiastic computer savvy person to assist with the coordination of our Install & Service Departments, a hybrid role within the office. A can do attitude with a willingness to learn and strong organisational and administrations skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule jobs
Order and allocate stock to jobs
Raise and follow up quotes as instructed
Raise sales invoices and follow up payments
Enter supplier invoice
Carry out stock take and maintain stock levels
Experience with Simpro and Xero an advantage, otherwise training will be made available
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
You will be dealing with a variety of people including sales, trades, suppliers and our clients
Salary $75,000 - $80,000 per annum + Super - to be negotiated based on candidate.
