National Fire Group is a fast-growing, highly respected provider of end-to-end fire protection services across Sydney. We partner with property owners, strata managers, builders, and developers to deliver fire installations, inspections, maintenance, and compliance.
With a busy team of technicians operating across Greater Sydney, we’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly from our head office in Five Dock.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the central point of contact between our technicians, clients, and internal team, making sure schedules are efficient, clients are informed, and compliance paperwork is accurate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and coordinating technician appointments
Following up on defect rectification quotes and approvals
Issuing reports, certification, and documentation
Answering and responding to phone and email inquiries
Managing inboxes and updating internal databases
Assisting with fleet maintenance coordination
Improving internal processes and documentation
Supporting directors with ad hoc administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years’ experience in a service coordinator, administrator, or office manager role
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, written, phone and face-to-face
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential)
Experience in the fire protection or trades industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
A genuine team player with a positive and professional attitude
