In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while providing HR administrative support—including onboarding and employee lifecycle processes—under the guidance of our HR Lead.
About the Role
Recruitment focus
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role scoping; craft compelling job ads and selection tools.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, references, offers, and smooth onboarding handover.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to grow our teams
- Support and coach our people in recruitment and onboarding.
- Be innovative in sourcing talent and assist in marketing our brand within the industry
HR administration support
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR data and assist with reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support cyclical HR programs such as engagement initiatives, recognition programs and learning activities.
- Assist with policy updates, documentation and process improvements as required.
What you will bring
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (internal or agency) with exposure to HR administration.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and confidence in using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
