What You’ll Tackle Daily:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition and have the opportunity to revamp the whole recruitment function. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiations.

Provide expert guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.

Stay ahead of recruitment trends and refine hiring strategies.

Assist with general HR administration and support HR Consultants with their client HR-related tasks.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a people-first recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!

5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; ideally as consultant/agency role.

A degree or certification in HR, Recruitment, or Business (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates.

Problem-solving mindset with a knack for finding creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.

Tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment software, LinkedIn, Seek, and other sourcing tools.

Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a small, high-performing team.
