Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage a diverse recruitment desk focusing on permanent roles across various industries or universities your specialist industry.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for client requirements.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various fields.

- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

- Build and lead a recruitment team around your established desk to drive growth and success.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements in our recruitment system.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field is mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

- A hunger for growth and a passion for helping others succeed.

- Previous experience in building and leading a team is a plus.

- Proficiency with CRM/ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobAdder, Linkedin or similar platforms)

- Must have full working rights in Australia

- Demonstrated track record of achieving recruitment targets and developing new business.
