Public Sector People are working with a State Government organisation who are seeking an experience Human Resources Officer (with ER case management experience) on an initial short term contract + extension.

The Job

• ASAP START | WFH Available
• Attractive pay rates $68 + 12 Super (PAYG)
• State Government Department | Brisbane CBD
• Initial contract + extension

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application
• Case manage, investigate, and advise on employee issues and industrial relations matters in accordance with the industrial instruments, as applicable.
• Assist workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, and policy breaches.
• Partner with leaders and employees to build trusted, collaborative relationships
• Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives

About you:

• Government experience is essential, (Applications will not be considered)
• Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes.
