About the Role

As HR Officer, you'll support the delivery of core HR services across the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with the GM of People, Culture & WHS to support recruitment, onboarding, HR admin, employee relations, compliance, and more. The business is growing fast, so we're looking for someone who can bring structure, initiative and a can-do attitude.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including drafting contracts and scheduling interviews
• Manage HR administration, HRIS updates, reporting and compliance documentation
• Support the resolution of employee queries and assist with policy guidance
• Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in an HR support role
• Confident navigating HRIS platforms and drafting employment documentation
• Solid understanding of Fair Work, HR compliance, and policy interpretation
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset
