Now, we’re looking for a driven, sharp, people-smart operator to be the glue between our division managers, our admin team, and the many moving parts in our growing network.
đź’Ľ The Role
This is not a typical back-office admin job.
You’ll be at the heart of the action: proactively checking in with managers, coordinating across divisions, guiding admin workflows, and jumping in to help wherever it’s needed.
You'll become the go-to for our field managers and admin team alike — the one who asks the right questions, understands the context, and helps make better decisions, faster.
Your day might include:
Touching base with division managers to ask: “How can I help today?”
Coordinating admin tasks and maintaining visibility across multiple inboxes.
Spotting where systems are clunky and improving them.
Jumping in to solve small fires before they grow.
Supporting other admin staff and helping them work more effectively.
Ensuring key metrics are tracked and understood by those who need them.
🤝 Who We’re Looking For
You might be a former:
Operations Manager or Practice Manager
Business Coach or Advisory Accountant
Executive Assistant to a CEO
Chief of Staff looking for lifestyle balance
…or someone who just lives and breathes support and systems.
What matters more than your job title is this:
You’re the kind of person who inserts yourself into the work without being asked, sees admin as a way to empower others, and doesn’t get rattled by a bit of chaos.
Must-haves:
High initiative – you don’t wait to be told.
Excellent communicator – assertive, clear, and approachable.
Business-savvy – you understand the flow between operations, admin, and results.
Light-hearted and polished – serious about getting things done, but easy to work with.
Comfortable working with on-the-tools operators who may not love admin (but love you once they realise how much easier you make their lives).
📍 Work Structure & Pay
28.5 hours per week (0.75 FTE)
60% in person (Sippy Downs HQ, or occasional visit to Brisbane sites)
40% remote – some flexibility once embedded in the role
Part-time (preferred):
$81,510 – $94,049 + Super
Or Casual (if preferred):
$65–$75/hr + Super

You’ve built strong relationships with both operators and admin staff.

Everyone’s a little calmer… because they know you’ve got it covered.
