Executive Assistant & Business Coordinator for Belinda Brosnan
https://www.belindabrosnan.com/
I'm looking for someone extraordinary to join me in an impactful working relationship that will shape the next decade of this practice, at what feels like the most exciting inflection point. After 13+ years of building something pretty special in the executive coaching and leadership world, I'm ready to refresh, revamp, and leverage the great IP we've created - and I need the right person to make it happen.
I work with C-Suite leaders, senior executives and leadership teams navigating the complexity and uncertainty of leading at the top. Together, our role is to equip them to navigate these changes by leading the context they are in, with clarity, confidence and calm.
My client base includes private equity executives, CEOs, and senior leaders from major corporations who need sophisticated and confidential support for today's modern world. With nearly 20 years in senior leadership roles and over a decade as a PCC-accredited executive coach, I help leaders overcome the overwhelm so they can focus on work that matters, be a catalyst for change, and lead people well.
My approach is grounded in my book "Start With You: Lead from the Inside", helping leaders find their voice and propel their leadership out of autopilot to become highly-valued, emotionally aware leaders. I need a collaborative partner who can ensure the smooth running of the practice while I focus on what I do best: writing my next series of books, and coaching and facilitating leaders through their most complex challenges.
What I'm really looking for
This role exists because I need someone Brisbane-based, who can ensure our practice runs seamlessly - turning concepts into operational systems, managing our established processes, and ensuring consistent delivery remains our standard of excellence. You won't just be managing tasks - you'll be managing capacity, priorities, and important client relationships.
You'll spot opportunities before I do, solve problems before they become problems, and help build the infrastructure for our next phase of growth.
This is not about micromanagement or rigid corporate structures. I’m looking for quiet confidence, proactive thinking, and the kind of partnership where you genuinely care about the work, the impact, and the people we serve.
What you'll be doing
You're a skilled EA or coordinator who is solutions minded. Someone who gets energy from being organised, proactive and great with clients. You will need minimal oversight, be open to learning and evolving as the practice grows, all while keeping operations running smoothly.

Operations & Planning - You'll create the space for me to switch off at night, maintain consistent wellness routines, and respond to family needs with agility. Quarterly planning implementation, proactive capacity management, risk management for "life happens" scenarios, and systems coordination.
Client Experience Excellence - Stay ahead through seamless execution. Manage confidential coordination with senior stakeholders, deliver sophisticated virtual support, create thoughtful client experiences, and provide premium communication that reinforces our reputation with executives who expect excellence.
Sales & Business Development - Pipeline coordination, relationship management, and market intelligence gathering. You'll help us capture what the market really needs and create space for experimentation with new offerings based on real demand.
Marketing & Content - Brand asset management, content coordination, and social media coordination that maintains relevance, consistency and reduces mental load through brand congruency across all touch points.
Who you are
You understand project sequencing, operational coordination and dependency thinking - this is critical. When you see a project, you intuitively break it down into realistic timeframes and understand how the pieces fit together.
You have quiet confidence, not the quiet that reads as uncertain, but the kind of self-assured, down-to-earth confidence that means you won't be intimidated and you've got a good sense of yourself. You'll be working with highly confidential information involving senior executives - absolute discretion and professional maturity in handling sensitive matters is non-negotiable.
You're comfortable with authentic, straightforward communication. I'm originally a “country kid” who values honest conversation with care, and I need someone who appreciates direct feedback and genuine discussion.
You have a caring attitude with genuine concern for outcomes and those you work with. You're tech-savvy with strong attention to brand standards. You can think systemically, and you're interested in exploring AI tools and implementation.
You're comfortable with our tech stack (See PD) and coordinating with our VA support and external contractors while maintaining quality standards.
What you can expect working with me;
High standards with human understanding - We deliver exceptional work while recognising that life happens and flexibility matters.
Meaningful impact - You'll contribute to the development of senior leaders who shape organisations and communities.
Trust and autonomy - Once we've worked together for a little while, you'll have significant independence and decision-making authority.
Partnership approach - This isn't a hierarchical relationship; it's a true energetic partnership.
Substance over ceremony - I expect excellence but I won't waste your time with unnecessary meetings or corporate theatre. We focus on what matters and move purposefully.
Life by design principles - We practice what we preach about creating work that supports your whole life.
High performance - We work with a vast array of industries and organisations that expect and deserve exceptional service.
