Manage office systems, equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel, and accommodation—including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and registers in line with data protection and organisational policies.
Support purchasing and assist with financial record-keeping processes.

Assist with property, asset, and vehicle coordination—including key and security system management.
Perform reception duties and respond to phone enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Contribute to compliance, incident reporting, and audit preparation.
Undertake additional duties as required in support of team objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate IV in Business Administration, Diploma of Business (Operations), or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a not-for-profit or community services environment is not essential but preferred.
Proven ability to support senior management, including handling confidential matters with integrity.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support others in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset that is driven by compassion.
