Full-Time Reception/Administration - Law Firm (Wheelers Hill)
We are excited to offer a Full-Time Reception/Administration position at our boutique law firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, along with Family and Commercial law. The candidate must have prior administrative experience- preferably (though not essential) in legal.
About the Role: This position will involve a variety of key administrative duties, including:
Meetings with clients to verify their identity
Processing a large volume of electronic signing documents
Reception tasks such as answering calls, greeting clients, and managing office communications
Administration support for our conveyancing teams
Assisting with general administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or data entry role
Strong typing skills and a keen attention to detail
Professional work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a friendly, professional disposition
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Key Qualities:
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Diligent and motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
