Are you a motivated and organised individual with a background in administration and a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy team!
We are a well-established automotive repair shop with a excellent reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We’re currently seeking a reliable and proactive person to be the first point of contact for our customers and to help manage the daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist customers in person, via phone, and online
· Schedule bookings and manage job appointments
· Liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers
· Prepare and manage job files
· Keep customers updated on repairs
· Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
· Process invoices and payments using MYOB and Hotstart
· Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment
ü About you:
Reliability an absolute must.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Confident multitasker in a busy environment.
Professional presentation and a friendly, can-do attitude.
Previous experience working in automotive repair environment or insurance processes is a bonus but not essential
