Termico group has a vacancy for a Customer Service Officer/Scheduler within its busy yet relaxed Insulation division.

Eco Wool Insulation is part of the Termico Group, an independent, Western Australian owned company carrying out a wide variety of specialised home services such as Pest Management in building and domestic industries, Insulation, Solar Electricity, Bushfire Assessment and Private Certification of Design Compliance .Established in 1996, Termico Group not only services the Perth metropolitan and selected regional areas but also some Eastern states namely Victoria and Queensland.
The Position
We require the service of an energetic, organised and articulate customer service officer/scheduler with a professional and positive attitude, strong organisational and time management skills and with the ability to work under pressure.
The vacancy is available in our Insulation Team working with WA and Eastern States builders and suppliers. The work is split between the States in a team of 3 .When working with our Eastern States sales consultants and clients, the working hours are 6:30am to 3pm and WA is 7am to 3:30pm. The successful candidate will need to have the flexibility to do both sets of hours.
Key Responsibilities
Answer Incoming phone calls from supervisors & installers
Liaise with our Eastern States sales consultants.
Schedule jobs for pickup and delivery.
Be responsible for co-ordination & logistics for warehouse collections.
Receive and enter orders and call-ups.
Stock checks.
Attend weekly meetings, prepare agenda and meeting minutes.
Be proactive and deal with issues on the day.
Be able to work as part of a team and individually.
Your Benefits:
You have the facility to work from home 2 days a week Tuesday & Friday after training and also 1 paid day off a month.

Ability to deal with incoming phone calls from internal and external clients.

A proactive attitude
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience in administration or similar role would be advantageous but not essential
