We are seeking highly motivated Customer Experience Officers to join our Taxi Trucks and Customer Experience Departments. There is opportunity for a permanent and Casual positions that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Handling inbound and outbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensuring all telephone calls are answered promptly and professionally.
Managing the booking of on-demand jobs with accuracy and timeliness.
Providing superior customer service by ensuring that client bookings are taken efficiently and accurately.
Identifying and resolving any potential delivery issues before they impact the clients, and proactively informing them of any delays.
Following up on services by liaising with clients, subcontractors, and operations teams.
Proactively identifying growth opportunities within portfolios and fostering client retention through relationship-building.
Ensuring clear communication and resolution of service issues between the client, subcontractor, and team.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
