Customer Service - Rotating Roster 7am to 7pm

• Pay rate: $37.80 + super
• Perth CBD / Hybrid Working
• 6 Month Contract position | Work with a high-performing team

We’re partnering with a major player in the telecommunications space to find a skilled Customer Service/ Service Alerts Optimiser. This is a dynamic, hands-on role focused on coordinating field service appointments, managing daily work orders, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role:

As a Service Alerts Optimiser, you’ll be responsible for managing day-of-service activities to make sure customer appointments are met and field technicians are fully supported. You'll monitor high-priority work orders, respond to real-time events, and collaborate closely with internal teams and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls (not sales), obtain necessary information, and utilise generalist knowledge to take appropriate action

Monitor and re-prioritise daily work orders and technician schedules

Identify and manage at-risk appointments or service delays

Complete pre-checks for site access, equipment, and technician readiness

Respond to technician queries and coordinate schedule adjustments

Support escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical appointments

Analyse data to spot trends and prevent repeat service issues

About You

You’re organised, proactive and great under pressure. You know how to juggle tasks and think ahead, always keeping the customer experience in mind.

You’ll bring:

Strong problem solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment

Being very resilient and adaptable, show initiative

Ability to manage real-time risks and operational challenges

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams
