About the role

Diptech Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration and Social Media specialist to join our growing team in our Epping, VIC dealership. This full-time position will see you playing a key role in supporting our operational functions and driving our online brand presence.

What you'll be doing

Providing a warm and friendly reception for all visitors and clients

Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organisation of office supplies

Assisting with the management of our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement

Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
