Your Role Will Involve:
• Managing and growing a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients across varied industries
• Designing tailored insurance programs working with multiple underwriters
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs, and senior stakeholders
• Delivering high-quality client service while maintaining compliance and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years’ experience in insurance broking, with exposure to SME and mid-market clients
• Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial lines, including property, liability, and motor
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised, and client-first approach
