JERESYN LEGAL is a boutique law firm with a wide range of experience and expertise in nearly all aspects of the law, we can handle legal matters small and large for clients ranging from families to huge corporations. We are growing and are looking to recruit that right candidate that will grow with us.

Qualifications & experience

Must have relevant family law experience.

Prior experience working in a law firm preferred.

Must be able to work autonomously and assist the senior solicitor and principal with carriage of matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Applications

Must have a Positive attitude, be quick and efficient.

A demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of use of PEXA and SMOKEBALL will be looked in favourably.

Attention to details and superior drafting skills and written work.

Must have a car and current driver’s licence.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assist the Senior Solicitor in the running and management of current family law matters.

Working and maintaining files and matters Family Law.

Must be able to research and draft all types of Court documents including initiating proceedings as well as affidavits, financial statements etc.

Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on experience.
