The Role

Full-time position (with flexible working arrangements considered).

Manage your own family law files and clients, with support from senior lawyers when needed.

Mentorship and leadership opportunities – supervise and guide junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years PAE in family law, with sound technical knowledge.

Confident in managing matters independently while contributing to a team environment.

Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and interest in helping develop and market a growing practice.
