About the role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our busy North Fitzroy Specialist Medical Centre. As Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in conducting and overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our busy medical practice. This is a full-time position based in our Fitzroy North, VIC 3068 location.
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar practice management role. Prefer experience with Genie
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both patients, staff and external providers
Strong understanding of medical practice operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
