About the Role

This is a hands-on, multifaceted position ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and building systems from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in developing clinic admin protocols, managing workflows, and supporting patient-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate & develop new health services, protocols & work flows

Liaise with R&D organisations, pharmaceutical agencies, and academia eg Uni

Manage reception duties during clinic hours

Submit Medicare claims accurately using Genie software and online platforms

Travel locally as needed to support service development

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT

Experience with Genie practice management software

Accurately process Medicare billing and claims submission

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements

Valid Australian driver’s licence

Willingness to travel for work-related activities

Flexibility with working hours (admin work can be done remotely; reception presence required during clinic hours)
