Mi Skn Clinic is a leading name in skin health, known for delivering consistent results with exceptional customer service. Our established Perth Clinic has been helping clients manage and overcome inflammatory skin conditions since 2010.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Front of House to be the face of our Clinic, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience from arrival to departure.
Role Overview
As Front of House, you will be responsible for managing the reception and front desk, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the team in maintaining high rebooking rates and retail sales. You will be the first point of contact for clients, opening the door, handling bookings, client inquiries, and retail sales while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
In-clinic Client Experience:
Greet clients warmly at the door using their name and ensure they feel welcomed.
Focus on each client as you interact with them, set a calm energy in reception.
Booking Calendar Management:
Manage the day’s bookings efficiently, ensuring you know who clients are seeing and communicate this effectively to the client and the team at all times.
Ensure you have an overview of the client’s booking history.
Feel confident in securing a re-booking for future appointments or send the client a booking link.
Point Of Sale Management:
Collect payment for treatments and retail products using a POS system.
Be responsible for the accuracy of sales, ensuring clients are charged correctly.
Be able to reconcile daily sales.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the common clinic areas are clean, organised, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory tracking.
Client Relationship Management:
Build relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Handle client phone and chat inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly.
Maintain and update client records with relevant notes on preferences and past treatments.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or customer service role (preferably in the beauty industry) is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Passion for the wellness industry.
Excellent personal presentation in keeping with a professional brand.

Working Hours And Pay:
Must be available evenings.
Shifts 2-7pm Monday to Friday (25hrs).
Flexibility to cover longer hours, for staff holidays and absence.
