Clinical Care Partner - Albany

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Care Partner to join our Albany team. You will be someone who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through comprehensive home care solutions that empower them, and enable them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

What you will bring to the role:

Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) General

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar role within Aged Care / Community Services Sector.

Current Drivers Licence
