SERVICE EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT

At WPE we do more than just move freight; We help our customers do their business more effectively and efficiently. Due to recent growth, we are expanding our administration team and have a position in our Dubbo Office. So, if you are an organized individual who is looking to start your career in the transport industry, this job is for you.

WPE is looking for you to have the following:

Exceptional Customer Focused service via incoming calls, email and walk in customers

Strong administrative skills to facilitate accuracy when dealing with our customers freight bookings

Excellent at problem solving and the ability to handle high volume customer enquires

Great interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with all people both internally and externally

Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office

Is willing to learn new computer programs and logistic planning skills

Has a passion to succeed and displays ownership of their position

Wants a full time Monday to Friday position based in an office. No work from home/hybrid availability.
