About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, organised problem-solver to keep our service department running smoothly. This role is all about efficiency, teamwork, and customer service, helping to ensure fishing reels and gear are serviced and repaired quickly and correctly. You’ll be the key link between customers and the service team, improving workflow, answering inquiries, and processing orders and payments.

This role will start as casual and transition to permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing customer service requests for repairs and maintenance

Responding to emails and phone calls, providing clear, professional support

Keeping the service team moving by coordinating jobs and improving workflow

Processing payments for repairs and services

Tracking and recording service jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Supporting process improvements to speed up turnaround times

What You’ll Bring

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask

Clear, confident communication over phone and email

A team-first attitude—you’ll be working closely with technicians and colleagues

Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy

Experience in customer service, administration, or service coordination is a plus

Knowledge of repairs, servicing, or warranty processes in industries like fishing, outdoor gear, power tools, retail, or automotive is helpful but not essential

Confidence with systems and software (Microsoft Office, CRM, or stock/service programs)
