The Retail & Warehouse Assistant is a key team member responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of both the warehouse and retail store. This is a hands-on, varied role—perfect for a recent school leaver or someone eager to gain broad experience within a growing business. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, quick on their feet, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organised, and functional warehouse

• Perform regular stock takes and inventory counts

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy

• Receive and process incoming stock and deliveries

• Price and label products for in-store display

• Assist walk-in retail customers with product knowledge and service

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally

• Deliver stock locally as required (company vehicle provided)

• Clean glass displays, vacuum store floors, and ensure retail presentation is maintained

• Provide general support across warehouse, retail, and admin functions

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
