About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join the team based in Maryborough. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Welcoming and assisting customers with their shopping experience

Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Restocking and organising shelves and displays

Adhering to all company policies and procedures

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and preferably experience in a similar retail sales role you'll have/be:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work Saturday mornings each fortnight
