Are you organised, reliable, and someone who enjoys working with people? We are a small, family run business on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for a Full Time Retail Assistant to join our team!

This is a hands on, customer- facing role in a dynamic retail environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform computerised pool water testing (training provided)

Assist customers with retail sales

Handle stock ordering, rotation and merchandising

Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional manor

Maintain a clean, organised retail environment

Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit- able to lift 20kg salt bags

Available for some Saturday work

Quick learner with a strong memory

Excellent organisation and admin skills

Clear, legible handwriting

Previous retail experience is a bonus

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Self motivated and able to work independently

Owning a pool or previous experience with pools is a bonus (but not essential)

A calm and patient approach with customers
