Customer Experience Lead – Adelaide Wedding & Party Hire
Do you love talking to people, rolling up your sleeves, and helping create unforgettable celebrations? At Adelaide Wedding & Party Hire, we’re looking for a friendly, energetic team member who enjoys both customer service and being hands-on in the events world.
About Us
We hire out everything from chairs and tables to marquees and décor, helping bring weddings, parties, and events to life across South Australia. Our team is hardworking but fun, and we take pride in delivering great customer service while making events stress-free for our clients.
The Role
This isn’t your average desk job. As our Customer Experience Lead, you’ll:
Chat with customers over the phone, by email, and in person at our warehouse showroom.
Help clients choose the right hire items for their event.
Support with on-site set ups to see how we bring the end to end customer experience to life.
Work closely with our warehouse crew to prepare and pack orders with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Jump in with the team when needed – whether it’s double-checking deliveries, onsite set-ups, ensuring clients are happy end to end.
Take care of customer bookings from start to finish, making the process simple and smooth.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, events, or customer service (hospitality, retail, or events background is a big plus).
A people-person with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships.
Someone with good attention to detail – spotting mistakes before they cause problems.
Proactive and willing to get involved, whether it’s helping clients on-site or supporting the warehouse team.
Comfortable with basic computer work (emails, booking software, quoting).
Current driver’s licence is an advantage, as site visits required.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Example Roster
Mon 10am -7pm
Tues 10am - 7pm
Thurs 10am - 7pm
Fri 9am - 5pm
Sat 9am - 5pm
