The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team. This role is perfect for a tradesperson who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a small team, and can deliver projects to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise carpentry teams on residential projects

Coordinate daily site activities and ensure deadlines are met

Interpret plans and specifications accurately

Liaise with site supervisors, clients, and subcontractors

Maintain quality control and WHS compliance on site

Assist with hands-on carpentry work as required

Skills & Experience:

Qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

Proven experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of residential building methods and standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Current White Card and valid driver’s licence

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
