This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, challenge, and working with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk reception, phone & email enquiries

Greet and direct visitors and contractors

Oversee office and factory supply management

Accurately enter data for delivery dockets, purchase orders, and supplier invoices

Maintain & update internal databases and spreadsheets

Processing customer credit and debit requests

Setting up and manage customer accounts and records

Assisting in running reports and collating data

Providing prompt and efficient responses to client queries or concerns

About You:

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and versatility in your work

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Able to remain organised and focused when managing multiple deadlines

High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Knowledge of the Pronto system (highly regarded, but not essential)

Clear and fluent English communication
