About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a customer-focused and reliable individual to join our South Australian customer service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, tight-knit team, has a great attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, learning our product range, and handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service

Accurately processing daily orders

Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

Invoicing and general administration

Data entry and filing

Maintaining high company standards across all tasks

Assisting with other administrative duties as needed

Desired Skills & Attributes

Proven experience in customer service and/or administration

Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills

Intermediate computer literacy

Excellent time management and organisational skills

High attention to detail

A proactive and positive attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
