Responsibilities

Provide detailed analysis and expert advice in relation to investment project’s financial feasibility.

Validate financial reporting at both corporate and project levels to ensure they provide accurate information for internal use as well as for external stakeholders, including to our parent company.

Oversee the health of the company’s and its related entities’ financial affairs to support their ongoing operation and funding needs.

Provide periodic reports on financial matters to the Managing Director and overseas headquarter from time to time.

Evaluate external consultants’ proposals and manage any tendering processes.

Develop a strategic framework for the company and its related entities and undertake the financial planning process to develop business budget plans.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance cost management policies across the group, driving efficiency and financial performance.

Oversee all financial aspects of the company and its related entities.

Develop, review, monitor and manage financial budgets.

Cash flow forecasting.

Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.

Design and maintain financial reporting tools for preparation and analysis of financial information.

Liaise with external accountants to ensure that the accounts and taxation matters of the company and its related entities remain fully compliant with local regulatory requirements.

Analyse and advise on the profit of the company’s Australian investment assets.

Advice on the distribution of dividends based on profit calculations and cash flow projection.

Attend to any other requirements as and when required by the Directors.
