About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team at Tradies' in Helensburgh, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to our customers

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Assisting with food preparation and service as needed

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment

Restocking and inventory management

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
