Barista All-Rounder – Twenty35 Espresso Maroubra

We're a busy local café with a loyal following and a great vibe. We're looking for a Barista All-Rounder who can shine both behind the coffee machine and on the floor with our customers.

The role includes:

Making excellent coffee in a fast-paced environment

Front of house duties: taking orders, running food, and customer service

Early starts + early finishes (afternoons free!)

Weekend availability is essential

What we're looking for:

Experienced barista with solid skills including milk texturing, latte art, and espresso extraction

Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player

Comfortable working across both barista and front of house roles

Minimum 12 months barista experience or relevant hospitality background

Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
