Senior Client Services Officer Role - Long Standing Brisbane Firm
Full time - $80k - $100k + super (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
As a Senior Client Services Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for valued clients, ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and positive. You'll provide administrative support and manage daily client interactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. You’ll also take on additional tasks suited to your skills and experience as needed.
What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of previous experience in an accounting firm and able to hit the ground running with customer service skills (essential)
Experience with ATO/ASIC portals (setting up clients, general liaison)
Communication: Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams
Organisation: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in documentation and administrative processes
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in XERO XPM and other relevant software
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work in a team to meet deadlines
Personal Qualities:
Friendly and approachable attitude
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and follow instructions
Desire for a long term role in a stable business
