Greenfield Technical Services has been providing specialist civil engineering consultancy services for road and drainage projects across regional Western Australia for more than 25 years.

Greenfield brings significant local experience in the assessment, design, procurement, project and construction management of sealed and unsealed road and drainage projects. Our work operates within a third-party certified Integrated Management System, which underpins everything we do and ensures we continually deliver exceptional service and advice to our clients.
The Opportunity
Greenfield Technical Services is currently seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join the Project Administration team.
This position can be based either in the Geraldton office OR work from home within WA.
It is a permanent part-time position at 25 hours per week; however, this is negotiable (from a minimum of 20 hours to full-time) for the right candidate. The position was previously completed on a five-hour per day basis.
A nine-day fortnight can be offered.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing project administration and technical support to Greenfield projects across WA.
Typical tasks and responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
Data Management
Process daily timesheets and work dockets using Excel
Data input and maintenance of project tracking tools and Excel databases
Verify data accuracy and reconcile Excel spreadsheets, including validation of Excel formulas
Maintain organised electronic records, including photos and technical documents
Maintain data integrity
Finance
Manage purchase orders, invoices and reimbursement claims
Monitor budgets, expenditures and prepare project financial reports
Review and Assurance
Review site diaries and communicate issues to the Project Manager
Ensure quality and consistency of project documentation
Reporting
Monitor project progress and prepare status updates
Participate in project meetings, providing updates on budgets and progress
Collect and distribute project pre-start documentation
Other
Collaborate with contractors, clients and internal teams
Develop simple Excel/Word templates for project use
Maintain confidentiality
About you:
To be considered for the position, you must:
Be proficient in Microsoft suite applications, specifically MS Excel. This must include:
Data input
Data review and manipulation
Medium-level Excel formulas
Multiple tabs
Reporting, formatting and data presentation
Have effective communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
Be highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities
Be able to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
Have good analytical skills with an eye for quality and high attention to detail
Be willing to learn and follow the Company processes and procedures
Desirable
Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
