The Role

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join a passionate hospitality team. You will work closely with the leadership group to deliver memorable dining experiences and maintain smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations. You will lead the team by example, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding the company's high standards in customer experience, food quality, and team development. Your professionalism and strong customer service skills will inspire those around you, helping to deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will possess, but not be limited to, the following attributes:

• Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality (RSA / RMLV) & exposure/knowledge of East Asian cuisine
• Experience in Elevated and sophisticated dining with use and managed P.O.S & Booking systems
• Proven experience in supervising high-volume indoor/outdoor venues
• Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style while being warm and inviting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work and train teams to succeed
