Junior Project Manager – Eagle Farm, Brisbane (Full Time)

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how technology comes together and wants to be part of making projects run smoothly from start to finish. You don’t need to be an experienced PM – just bring the right attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be supported by experienced Project Managers and a proven delivery process as you grow into the role.

What You’ll Do

Assist with and eventually lead end-to-end AV project delivery

Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Track project timelines, procurement, budgets and documentation

Learn to manage cost forecasting, invoicing and project profitability

Contribute to a smooth client experience through clear, reliable communication

Be part of a team delivering projects across commercial, education and government sectors

Who This Role Is For

You might be working in tech, coordination, support or admin, and looking to take a step into project delivery. You’re organised, resourceful, and enjoy keeping track of the moving parts that make a project work. Most importantly, you’re keen to learn and develop your skills in a structured environment.

What You’ll Need

Interest in AV, IT, or technology environments

Great communication and coordination skills

A proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work

Willingness to take ownership and learn on the job

Valid driver’s licence

AVIXA CTS or similar industry knowledge is a bonus
