About the Role

We are currently looking for a Brisbane-based Project Co-ordinator to assist with executing our large portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects.

Key duties will include:

• Coordinating window shading and window covering systems for large-scale projects
  
• Project scheduling, timelines and reporting
  
• Document control, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and variations
  
• Procurement support – sourcing, ordering and tracking materials
  
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, manufacturers and logistics teams
  
• Preparing production orders, invoices, packing slips and shipping manifests
  
• Managing installation administration and supporting installation teams
  
• Providing weekly updates including progress reporting and cost monitoring
  
• Supporting project delivery from commencement to completion, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and exceed client expectations
  

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has project co-ordination or construction administration experience (recent graduates considered)
  
• Demonstrates strong time management, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  
• Is proficient with MS Office and ideally CRM systems
  

Highly Desired but Not Required:

• Knowledge or experience in construction (window treatments an advantage)
