The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects and deliver exceptional results. You’ll oversee planning, budgets, resources, and on-site execution — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the Civil Construction Project Manager, you will:

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision and efficiency.

Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

Monitor progress and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and clients.

What We’re Looking For

We want a confident, motivated leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced project environments. You’ll bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5+ years’ experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills with emotional intelligence.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore), CAD software, and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.

Ability to problem-solve and make confident decisions under pressure.

(Preferred but not essential) Experience with high-voltage (HV) underground works.
