🗂️ The Role: Building Manager

This role is responsible for managing claim expectations across the life cycle of insurance claims. You’ll ensure compliance with client KPIs, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Track, analyse, and ensure compliance with MLB’s KPIs for your allocated building team

Assess, coordinate, and finalise all claim-related repairs

Provide high-level communication to clients, maintaining contact throughout each claim and responding promptly to queries

Keep client portals updated to accurately reflect real-time job progress

Lead and mentor supervisors to achieve operational and service excellence

✅ What You Bring:

Experience in the insurance or building industry (essential)

Proven leadership and people management skills

Solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and construction practices

High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
