We are looking for the successful applicant to join us in August.

Your role as a Client Services Officer/manager, will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice by managing the day-to-day client service functions within our advisory team. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for coordinating adviser support, managing client communication, preparing for appointments, and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

We are looking for a highly organised, dedicated and reliable person who needs minimal supervision and has a professional attitude with excellent customer service skills and a pleasant and a professional personal phone manner.

To be successful you will require:

Previous client service experience (not essentially in financial planning but highly valued)

Strong attention to detail

Competent use of Word, Outlook and Excel

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Work in our office

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Work with financial advisers, managing their calendars, preparing for client meetings, and ensuring all post-meeting follow-ups are completed efficiently.

Preparation, review, and lodgement of compliance documents

Accurately maintain client data and records using our web based portal

Answering, screening and directing all incoming calls

Meeting and greeting clients

Diary management

General administration duties

Other duties as directed by the Partners
