We’re a small but growing accounting and advisory firm that helps business owners achieve their life goals through business success.
We’re looking for an Operations & Client Services Manager to take full ownership of our admin and business operations. This isn’t “just admin.” This is about making sure clients have a world-class experience, nothing falls through the cracks, and our systems run like a Swiss watch. You’ll be the right-hand to the founder, running the engine room of the firm so he can focus on growth, sales, and clients.
What You’ll Own
Collations & Docs – Manage document signatures. Not just sending things but following up.
Compliance – ASIC registers, TAP updates, extensions, and payment plans. You’ve got it all covered.
Tech & Data – Maintain a pristine database, own software integrations (FYI Docs, XPM, FuseDocs, et al), create effective automations and make them sing.
Onboarding/Offboarding – Seamless client experience, start to finish. Make them say WOW.
Client Service – continue the WOW, with random acts of kindness, let our clients know we care.
Reporting & Ops – Deliver consistent reports (WIP, AR, lodgements et al) without being asked.
Process & Policy – Keep templates sharp, procedures documented, and timesheets done.

Databases clean, synced, and accurate across all systems.
Founder freed from admin & operations — spending more time on sales, marketing, and client relationships.
Clear visibility on operations through reporting.
Junior admin hired under you within 12–18 months, while you run ops independently.
Who You Are

Tech-savvy and an automation nerd (you know your FYI from your FuseDocs).
Organised, detail-oriented, and love creating and improving systems.
Comfortable managing competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
Proactive — if you see something broken or ineffective, you fix it (or make it better).
Focused on clients — because a slick back end means a wonderful client experience.
