Wright Evans Partners is a well-established, respected and forward-thinking accounting, financial planning and lending firm, based in Adelaide. We are currenlty seeking a proactive, personable and experienced Client Services Officer (CSO) to join our team and play a key role in supporting the team and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

About the Role

As a Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a vital support to our Directors and Managers. You’ll manage a variety of administrative and client service tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the long-term success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and timely support to clients via phone, email, and in person

Support Director with diary management, email correspondence and meeting preparation

Provide ongoing administrative support to team members

Monitor workflow, prepare reports, meeting weekly with the team and keep our CRM (aps) up do date

Manage ATO and ASIC compliance tasks (e.g., lodgements, payment arrangements, company reviews).

Compile, send and follow up document packs for signing, ensuring deadlines are met

Prepare invoices and send client communications

Assist with onboarding clients, including trust and company establishments

Maintain ASIC Business Name Register

Support Reception team members when needed

High attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure

Previous experience in a professional services or financial environment is highly regarded

Familiarity with ATO and ASIC processes is a plus
