Bar Manager/ Bar Supervisor

Floor Supervisor

Full-time Contract

$70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation

Skills required:

· Excellent knowledge of beer, liquor, wine, and cocktails

· Plan, organise, and coordinate a variety of functions and business events

· To be responsible to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, follow recipes and specs for all bar drinks.

· Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner

· Assist other teams members when required

· Be an excellent communicator, dealing with staff, customer & supplier enquires

· Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality management

· At least 1 year experience as a bartender if you apply for Bar Manager

· Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a current RSA

· Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
